Our approach

Project development that connects resources with useful outcomes

We develop a project around its local conditions: the available material, the proposed site, potential users and the evidence needed to assess environmental performance. The next investment follows the findings from each stage.

  1. Stage 1/5

    Understand the opportunity

We begin with the resource stream and the problem it presents. Assessment covers quantities, ownership, quality, seasonal availability and current use or treatment. We also identify potential users and the practical constraints of the location.

    • Resource
  2. Stage 2/5

    Define the project

We bring material requirements together with technology options and the intended application. The proposed scope sets out responsibilities, operating requirements, commercial assumptions and the information needed to assess viability.

    • Resource
    • Application
  3. Stage 3/5

    Establish the evidence plan

Baseline information, material records and monitoring requirements form part of the design. For agricultural implementation, FieldMRV provides a structure for plots, field activities, sampling records and supporting evidence.

    • Evidence
  4. Stage 4/5

    Evaluate implementation

A defined demonstration or pilot can test the operating chain, product suitability and delivered cost. Field outcomes require monitoring under the relevant local conditions. Findings guide the decision to adapt the approach or proceed with broader deployment.

    • Resource
    • Application
    • Evidence
  5. Stage 5/5

    Develop the commercial pathway

Expansion depends on a reliable resource supply, demand for the output and workable economics. Where a carbon pathway is relevant, eligibility, rights and verification requirements form a separate part of that assessment.

    • Application
    • Evidence

Collaboration

We seek partners who can contribute material streams, sites, technical delivery or access to end users. Agricultural partners can support the design and evaluation of field applications. Funding and investment discussions follow the scope and maturity of the project.
